2024 Conference General Schedule Now Available

This also includes the pre-conference deadlines, pre-conference (online) orientation, etc. In addition, all of the vital information from the Attendee Information emails is also now being posted on the website (with the exception of links to any Zoom meetings).

If you are registered for the conference but didn’t receive the first Attendee Information email, please check your spam folder.

We recommend visiting the information page regularly as all updates will be posted there.

Discounted Spouse Rates Available for 2024

Are you registered for the 2024 conference. or interested in attending, and would love to bring your non-writer spouse with you? NOW YOU CAN!

This year, we have a LIMITED number of “Spouse Rates” available for those of you who want to bring your spouse, though they aren’t a writer. They will get a shared room with you, all meals and snacks, and entrance to Sunday service as well as our evening worship and speakers. The only things they won’t have access to are the teaching options: Major Morning Tracks, Workshops, Mentoring, Faculty Appointments, etc.

If this is of interest to you, please email director@vcwconf.com and put “spouse rates” in the subject line. Remember, there are limited spots available, so don’t wait!
