The prize does NOT include transportation to/from the event, though we do have volunteers helping to arrange rides to/from San Jose airport.

Conditions of Entry:

• The only method of entry is by email to director@vcwconf.com—no other means of communication with the conference director are acceptable, including, but no limited too, Facebook Messenger, SMS text messages, phone calls, carrier pigeon, semaphore, etc.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Entrants must not have already registered for the 2025 conference.
• Entries received after noon Pacific Time, March 15, 2025, will not be placed in the drawing.
