REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Is the room type you want currently not available? Join the Waiting List! Each year there is a degree of internal shuffling as friends decide to room together or a double becomes a single when someone can’t register as planned. So even if you don’t see your preferred accommodation option listed, we might be able to make it happen. Join the Waiting List and let us know the preferred room type(s) you want. Priority is given to those who are currently registered when room upgrades or changes become available.
Mt. Hermon is a gorgeous venue, nestled in the redwoods just outside Santa Cruz, California. The campus is a bit hilly, but the majority of our lodging is relatively close to our main teaching spaces. If you have a mobility issue of any kind, please let us know when you register. We have very limited ADA and accessible rooms available to us.
We have rooms for single, double, and triple occupancy, with each person in their own bed and each room with its own bathroom. Singles and doubles are available in all room types: Deluxe, Standard, and Economy. Triple rooms are available in Deluxe and Economy.
NOTE: We have strict number caps, so no unregistered person may stay in your room, or be in our teaching spaces, including spouses. This is strictly enforced, and important. Please respect this important point as we don’t want to do anything that jeopardizes our relationship with Mt. Hermon.
Many of you heard the news that Mt. Hermon had to raise rates. The increase is a product of why many things are going up … supply issues, rising costs and overhead, etc. While it’s understandable in these times, it is a challenge. The change is 18% over last year. However, because we have a modest increase in attendee slots, we can leverage the old “economy of scale” principle to absorb about half of that increase. There is a slight chance we might be able to secure additional slots. If we can, and they are filled, we can bring the rates right back down to where they were for the 2022 conference. (refunding those who’ve already paid and reducing the rate for unsold rooms) How can you help? Encourage folks to register early rather than wait and share every conference post you see! We’ve got this!
Please also note that Mt. Hermon has a strict refund policy. Please consider travel insurance in case you are unable to attend as we must adhere to their policy, which is:
- From time of registration to 121 days prior to conference, 75% of registration fee will be refunded
- From 120 to 91 days prior to conference, 50% will be refunded
- From 90 to 61 days, 25% will be refunded
- Less than 61 days prior to conference, no refunds are made
If you would prefer to pay in installments, we also have a payment plan available.
Please visit our Payment Plan page for full details.
