Early registrants get access to THREE free Zoom workshops to help you prepare for next year.
These will be led by Leann Barna (NBCUniversal), Sandy Barela (CelebrateLit), and Robynne Miller (Conference Director), and will take place 1-2 months before the conference … but only for those who register (or enter the payment plan) by the deadline.

 Registration does NOT include the optional Mentoring Track add-on, whether registering directly or on the payment plan.

A mentor with a mentee

Optional Mentoring Track Add-On

For writers needing specific and very focused input, this add-on option is perfect. You will meet each day of the conference during the morning hours for a consult with your assigned mentor. Each day will focus on one aspect of your writing journey and will include an assessment of your writing, platform, and marketing options, as well as next steps.

This track requires an in-depth questionnaire filled out and submitted at least one week before the conference starts, as well as a writing sample of up to three chapters (no more than 10,000 words, but at least 2,000).

Space is EXTREMELY limited for this option.

Purchase Limits/Roommates

You may purchase just ONE accommodation ticket. If you are planning to share a room with a friend, you will need to book separately and supply your friend's name during checkout (there is a space just for this purpose). We will do our best to assign preferred roommates but cannot guarantee this.

NOTE: We have strict number caps, so no unregistered person may stay in your room, or be in our teaching spaces, including spouses.


If you have a mobility issue of any kind, please let us know when you register. We have limited ADA and accessible rooms available to us.

Please note also the Mount Hermon campus is quite hilly in places. If you have any questions regarding accessibility or mobility issues, please contact us.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Please also note that Mt. Hermon has a strict refund policy. Please consider travel insurance in case you are unable to attend as we must adhere to their policy, which is:
  • From time of registration to 121 days prior to conference, 75% of registration fee will be refunded
  • From 120 to 91 days prior to conference, 50% will be refunded
  • From 90 to 61 days, 25% will be refunded
  • Less than 61 days prior to conference, no refunds are made
