Our Major Morning Tracks (MMTs) are deep dives into a particular topic, across each morning of the conference. Generally, each day’s teaching builds on the previous days’ teaching. Thus, the intent is that attendees will attend each session of a particular Major Morning Track. However, although that is the intent, you are free to attend whichever sessions for whichever MMTs you wish.

It also isn’t required to register in any way to attend an MMT (with the exception of our Professional Track, which is generally available every other year and attendance is by application and approval by the conference director).

Thus, the main difference between an MMT and a workshop is that workshops are a relatively quick overview of a topic and they are standalone teachings, whereas MMTS are a much deeper look into a topic that gets deeper as the conference proceeds.
