Thank you for your interest in applying to be on faculty for the Vision Christian Writers Conference. It is our desire to assemble diverse, accomplished faculties each year which bring current information to both new and experienced writers.

In this process, we utilize a mix of personal invitations and an open application process, all of which happens in the spring of each year for the next year’s conference. Hand-invited faculty are reserved for anchor roles, such as Mentors, Speakers, and Major Morning Track faculty. These spots are not available through the open application process.

We hold open applications for both select Full and ALL Adjunct Faculty, however.

Full Faculty have greater teaching/conference responsibilities, including multiple workshops/round tables/intensives, attendee appointments, critiques, and a greater number of meal table hostings. Remuneration includes travel, lodging, meals, and a stipend (amount depends on the specific role).

Adjunct Faculty typically teach one or two 50-minute workshops, host fewer meal tables, and can take fewer appointments. They are free to attend all the conference has to offer. Remuneration includes a per-workshop stipend and a discount on registration. We’re particularly interested in qualified Adjunct faculty with unique skillsets/topics applicable to the whole writer … craft, yes, but also marketing, business, health, spiritual, and practical topics. It’s our goal to serve writers with a variety of topics across our 50+ teaching options.

Our application process is conducted solely through our online portal, links to which are published when the window opens.

We do not accept direct/via email applications at any time.

To know when the application window opens, please subscribe to VCWC updates for news (in the footer of every page on the website) and/or follow us on Facebook.
