Room Types
- To join the waiting list, please read through all of the waiting list information and ONLY select the room type or types you are willing to accept.
- Please make sure that, if you are joining the waiting list, you are actually ready and able to complete a registration should the room type you request become available.
- Please respond to the room offer within 24 hours, even if you have to decline, so we can move on to the next in line if necessary.
- If you are already registered for another room type, you will get first priority for a room in your selected category should it come available.
- If you are not currently registered, you will be offered a room should it become available if no one currently registered or ahead of you in line wants it.
- If you are not registered and you decline an offered room type you specifically requested, you will be removed from the waiting list and will be ineligible to rejoin for the 2027 conference.
- If you are currently registered and decline a room type you specifically requested, you will be moved to the end of the list. If you are offered another room and decline a second time, you will be removed from the waiting list and be ineligible to rejoin for the 2027 conference.
